Excellent but unsure about the battery life

by Marilize B

Don’t get me wrong, I love this mirror. From flawless application to finding that mystery cat hair that threatens to ruin your makeup, this mirror is fantastic. I do wish that the blurb didn’t say that you’d only need to charge it about once a month because I need to charge mine weekly, which makes me question whether I got a dud? I use it for about 80min a day, and if you spend this amount of money on a mirror, I doubt that you slap some bronzer on & call it a day. . So how many hours should I get per charge cycle? This is rather important, as too frequent charging will shorten the battery life. But for applying makeup, it’s flipping phenomenal.

Thank you for your feedback and it's great that you like the mirror! This guideline for the the battery life is based on around 10-15 minutes use per day and as you are using the mirror for periods that are quite a lot longer than this, this could explain why you have to charge it more. If you do feel that the mirrors battery should last longer than what it is lasting at the moment I would recommend to email us and we can look into this further for you.
