i LOVE THIS soap pump. i use it for dishwashing and it looks great at the corner of the sink. i've had one for 5 years now (same one!), and just purchased 2 more for friends. they LOVE IT too. brilliant design, functional and looks great! get it!

Bought 3 of the push pumps for my bathrooms, but had to have this for kitchen sink area--so attractive. Keeps area neat. Appreciate the clear bottom to see how long I have before it needs to be refilled.

I'm using in a small bathroom. This unit is a little big for my use. I took off the caddy. This is a good pump, but I would like to see in maybe an 8 oz. size without a caddy. It also slides on a smooth surface. A slip resistant bottom would also be helpful.

Good product. My first had a broken (3) bottle latch lip, because the lid was so tight when closing. As careful as I was it ended up braking. Replacement under warranty was a breeze, but with the new one I just do not latch it all the way to avoid braking. I think a threaded lid would be a much better approach and bring better quality and easiness to open and closing when refilling. No problem with the pump.

Although this product is a nice size, every time I get one the soap ends up coming out of the round part under the pump!t Thank God for the warrantee. Just got a new one under the warrantee and I had it for one day and that one leaked!!! I was even in bed bath and beyond and I over heard someone returning it for the same reason! Simple human... You need to do a better job!

Very nice for what it does, but the one of the small rubber feet came off after about 3 weeks of use. I like this product except for that.

Love the size and quantity of dish detergent that this pump holds. Keeps it handy at the sink without dragging out the bottle each and every time I need to wash dishes. Would definitely purchase any product from Simple Human just on this experience alone.

My original purchase was a much better product. The top of this replacement seems very loose and not sturdy. Not the quality product one expects of this manufacturer!

the first pump I ordered came with a broken caddy. customer service is great. they immediately sent me another one. I don't have a problem with slipping or dripping which some people stated. I just catch any drip with my hand or scouring pad. I use one for dish washing and one for hand soap. I don't like a lot of things on the counters, but these look great.

This is a great product, but what's even better is the customer service from simplehuman! My first pump stopped working properly and they replaced it for free with no problems! Good customer service is rare these days,so that was refreshing!

It is ok. leaks soap from under the whole in the spout. So, there is always soap residue on the clear part of the dispenser. the previous model was much better quality. Overall, I am disappointed.

The original push pump kitchen dispenser we used lasted 7 years! This pump replaces it and it's terrific. Hold plenty of dish soap, is easy to use and it doesn't use any batteries. I'd recommend it highy.

On my marble kitchen countertop, the base of this product slides when I push down on the pump. The base needs anti-slip "feet". Otherwise, very happy with it.

It is sleek in appearance and disposes the right amount of soap in one pump. Saves on my soap. It is worth each dime.

Like the look of the pump. But wish I didn't had to get it replace twice in two years. The plastics pieces in sided the pump keep slipping out. If ithis product didn't come with a 5 year warranty . I would not buy this soap pump again.

I purchased this square pump with the caddy because of the reviews and because I was so tired of having a pump in the kitchen that I had to keep refilling with soap. I wanted something that looked great on the counter but was able to hold a large amount of soap. The pump is so easy to use and dispenses soap based on how far down you press the lever, which is great. The only issue that I have with the caddy is that it is VERY slippery when water gets under it. It comes with 4 little rubber feet attached to the underside but that does not solve the problem. I've called Simple Human 2x and the first time, the representative offered to send me some foam grips that they offered for another product, but those grips did not work. The second time, the representative simply told me that they do not offer any solutions other than the 4 grip feet that come on the caddy itself. When the counter is dry, there is no issue but that is nearly impossible when you are washing dishes and need to pump out more soap. I have had to resort to placing a gripper pad underneath it to have it stay in place.

Great product. Works well and looks nice.

Like the size but very hard to close and open. Like the caddy,I would recommend it to a friend.

Is larger than I expected. Looks neat on kitchen counter. Easy to keep clean. Have not noticed any drips yet. I like the sponge carrier that is attached.

I liked the previous design better. This one is hard to use one-handed; will tip over if not careful. So I'm careful.

The dispenser has a slim base with an extended pump handle making this unit very unstable. The lid is sometimes hard to open or close making refilling the dispenser a chore. One last thing the sponge holder has no drain making it a haven for mold and mildew.

I loved the all in one efficient design. The pump works very well so far. However, you naturally want to place it so you can pump directly into the basin. With my porcelain sinks, the base unit tends to slip and fall i to the sink. One has chipped because of this. The base needs to have a bottom surface that grips.

This is by far the most easy & convenient push pump that I have ever used as well as the soap that you can purchase with it.

I saw this on the website, thought it would make the sink area cleaner. I was right! I just moved into a house with three guys. I didn't know how the Williams and Sonoma soap/lotion combo would fly with them. I hated the sponge being left around the sink and the messy hand soap dispense. viola! The guys loved this out of the box and it holds so much liquid, we don't need to keep refilling. Highly, highly recommend.

Very nice; it could be a little better secured: when you push on the soap dispenser, you have to exert a small amount of force, which in turn tends to knock the soap container off its base.

Big fan of Simplehuman products....have several and all lasted well beyond the warranty so I have high hopes for this little beauty. I've gone through so many soap dispensers because they always break or the pump gets clogged. I use mine for dish soap and can put the soap right on the sponge with one hand. Love the little caddy, keeps my sponge from getting a wet mess on the back of the sink and just makes it look "clean". I do agree with others about opening the darn thing. Even a visual instruction like a little arrow on the top would be very helpful. I almost broke mine trying to open it the first time and hope I can remember how to open it when its time for a refill. Otherwise its great.

Same problem as everybody else. Does not have any instructions on how to open it. Had to look at the reviews and see your note. How hard can it be to print the open instructions on your product.? Your company name certainly does not match the simple and convenient to use. Wise up or lose business.

This is a complete piee of crap. Could not get the top off. Handle broke off in the process. Took it bact to BBB, the store personnel could not even get the top off. Said this was not a new problem.

It's simple and it works. However, on a smooth surface the pump slides. It would be helpful if there was a non-skid surface on the bottom to help.

I love how its a big size so you can put a lot of liquid soap in it. The side container for the sponge makes it very handy and makes your counter look very neat and sleek. It is just a bit of a challenge to turn the cover for the first time. It's almos like the medicine cap. But after the first time it gets off pretty easily. Simple Human products are very well made! I just love them!
