The first 10 to 20 openings right after power up or power reset are part of the calibration and warm up period. |
The opening angle will change and eventually will settle down to a high enough angle for dumping trash. Depending on battery level, the initial opening angle may be 70º or lower. It will get higher after a few cycles.
