The wellbeing of our customers and staff is our number one priority. In line with current government guidelines we are taking the necessary precautions, while ensuring that our valued customers still receive the best simplehuman service. Returns are on us! We understand that (however unlikely) sometimes a product might not be what you expected, that's why all returns to simplehuman are collected free of charge. This allows both you and us to easily track your returned item(s).

how to return

1. Please repack it in the original packaging.

2. Click here to open the online returns form. Select "Returns & Warranty Claims" and then choose "Request a Return". Here you can fill in your details and submit your return.

Alternatively, select "Live Chat" and a member of our team will be able to assist you in real-time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). Or send an email to [email protected].


When using the online returns form, please allow up to 48 hours for confirmation of your return and preferred collection date. Our customer support team will provide further instructions.

However, please remember, items must be returned to us unused and in the original packaging within 90 days from the original date of purchase. Once we've received your item at simplehuman, we will gladly refund you in full using your original payment method.

exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, return the unused purchased product to us. In the meantime, you can immediately place another order for the item you want, or you can wait until we receive the returned item at simplehuman and credit your account.

refunds

Once we receive your returned package at simplehuman, we will send you a confirmation email. At that point, a refund will be issued to you for the amount paid for your item(s) using your original payment method. This may take up to 3 business days to show in your account.
