simplehuman’s response to COVID-19

The wellbeing of our customers and staff is our number one priority. In line with current government guidelines we are taking the necessary precautions, while ensuring that our valued customers still receive the best simplehuman service. delivery rates

Delivery to a Danish address is free for orders of 700 kr. and over, and 70 kr. for orders under 700 kr.

However, if a product is under warranty and you are claiming parts, there is no charge.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes.

Your order will be delivered by DHL, using an express service with a 4-6 day transit time.

You will receive a tracking email from DHL with your delivery reference and a link to the DHL tracking website. You can choose whether to receive email or text notifications on your order’s progress.

You can also choose various delivery options, including:

  • reschedule to another day
  • leave with a neighbour
  • leave in a safe place
  • deliver to a DHL Service Point (45,000 locations worldwide)
  • deliver to an alternate address
  • hold until you return from holiday

purchasing products outside of Denmark

Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

After that, you can check your order status at any time by signing into my account.

changing an order

Once you place an order, our efficient team packs and dispatches your item(s) as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders already in process cannot be modified. However, if you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge.
