Despite these bin liners being more expensive than the ones I usually but, they are worth paying for. The fit perfectly and are way more robust than anything I've used before. So far I've had nothing breaking out of the sides or the top ripping off. Well worth the money but wouldn't want to pay anymore

I spent a lot of money on this can hoping it would last a lifetime! Sorry to say that it's got a big crack in the lid; and it's just getting bigger. This is a normal use household, with no kids.... just don't understand why the can is already breaking down!

I decided to order the custom fit bags (....despite my husbands protestations that "any bag will do" ) and I'm so glad I did ! It seem like such a simple source of joy, but not having to faff about finding a decent bag in the supermarket (delivered to my door), not having to search under piles of random stuff in the cupboard (the pack has its own dispensing system) and not having stretch to the bag to breaking point to fit the bin (its shaped to fit perfectly) ...... all add up to making this product great value for money!!

These are incredibly great! Now you need to make a comparable product to fit your own, to be determined and standard garbage cans. You need extra strong like force flex, and if possible add a small amount biodegradeable. You should also consider making an under the counter (sink) product (open top) with fitted bags. I'd make slightly larger than standard ones. Consider color.

Good customized fit to the trash container but a bit snug on the final corner...as you trying to insert the liner. One corner remains to be turned over the edge of the plastic liner and no matter how you tug and pull it resists. Then, finally, it allows itself to be pulled over the edge. Good product and don't make it bigger to obtain a looser fit because no doubt the tight fit will turn to a sagging, loose fit and garbage will seep into a a tiny opening and stink up the whole kitchen. i have been using this bin, and its liners, for some years and it always provided easy to use. I wouldn't swap it for any other make.

Overall the liners are good. However, they seem to have undergone a slight increase in size. They don't fit as snugly as they had in the past. Sometime messy around the rim . I did have a problem with some liners that came out of the packaged ripped, but their customer service was outstanding and the liner replaces promptly. I just wish they would go back to the old snug size!

I have bought cheaper bags from other manufacturers but in the end I go back and buy these from preference. Firstly they fit the bin properly. They are strong and can take quite a lot of stuff being shoved in! The handles have never broken when hauling the bag, fully loaded, out of the bin either, major plus and the flat dispenser style of the packaging means that it doesn't roll around all over the place in the cupboard and the next one is always ready just to pull out. Option to buy 60 was great as they arrive in 3 packs of 20 so you can stash the unopened packs easily without jamming up my already overflowing under sink cupboard!!

I have a Simplehuman trash can that I love and it requires J bags but every once in a while the bags may say "J" and they are not. I find this annoying because I buy the special bags because the other bags do not fit very well and this happens. I did contact Simplehuman and they gave me free 20 bags otherwise the bags are awesome! So is the trash can.

Well I purchased the J Liners and now my trash can doesn't work - the top gets stuck and won't go up or down. Now I have over 200 bags that I can't use. Is there a way to fix the trash receptacle?

I can't imagine any trash can liner better than these. They are tough, never tear, and are simple to fit into the trash can. After my initial supply that came with the trash can, I ordered 240 more to get the best price. I think that tells the story.

I bought my garbage can in 2014 when I bought my house and I wanted something that was both stylish, durable and big enough so I didnt have to frequently take the trash out, these bags work great and are thick enough that i rarely find a tear in the material after it has been filled- the drawstring feature is nice too as the material is long enough to tie up properly, i ended up buying in bulk through the website for the great discount that it got me, and the delivery was quick. Overall I have been thoroughly impressed with simplehuman as a company and I would highly recommend them.

Great bargain for price. Recently the J Code liners seem tighter in trying to fit them to the SimpleHuman trash can that they were designed to fit. Don't know if there is a new production facility involved or what. We once ordered less than 12 packs of 20 and the liners came in a nice box that allowed you to pull out the liners one at a time as needed. the 12 packs of 20 do not provide that box. So, we have had the box for a couple of years, using packing tape to tape up cuts and rips, and it works great.

I have been nothing but impressed with my Simplehuman trash can. My absolute favorite part is that my liners FIT! No struggling to get it in, keep it from falling down or other such annoyances with regular trash cans and garbage bags.

You can get by using regular bags, but these custom fit liners are well worth the price. They fit snug (some have called them too tight) but that allows a good tight fit that prevents any odor from escaping. I highly recommend them.

These bags are great! was using the glad/hefty liners ,thought they were cheaper ,but they aren"t. Having a liner that actually fits, means not having to clean the can, as thing don't fall through gaps in the bag. Also , the bags hang on an over the cabinet door hook and are much easy to acess. I love my Simple Human trash can. I sound like a cult member to my friends but my trash can and liners are perfect. Strong liners!!! They don't show at all as liners usually do with other cans.

I have bought several boxes of type J liners and I have to say that the Quality Control people fell asleep on the job. After the first box we started to notice an increased amount of liners that had to have slits cut in them to access the pull band. Eventually it was like every single one of the liners had to be slit for that access. I filed a complaint with the company and received a prompt reply asking for specific numbers and such to trace to the manufacturing source. I then received an e-mail advising me that they were sending me a free box of the liners as compensation. Guess what? Those freaking liners also had to have a slit cut into them! This is a no win situation. Although they're pretty, I think that maybe "Glad" bags are in our future. At least they are dependable and consistent.

I have given my daughter and son-in-law a different style of the simple human can and we use the same size liners. I use to buy the can liners in a bulk case but now can only get it in the little bags inside the case That would be my only complaint.

I am very disappointed in your decision to change the dimensions of the can liners. I have only had my can for a few years and you go and change the bags. I called to complain and they said you have not changed-I must have gotten a bad box and sent me the new box. Same problem. I had some old bags left and measured-new ones- smaller! The reason I bought an expensive can was for the convenience of a proper fitting bag that stayed put. Now It will barely go on the liner(extremely hard for an elderly person) and I have to cut it to get it off-which totally ruins the pull strip. When I run out-I will not buy any more bags-I will buy regular store bags that I can get on and off easily like yours used to do. I will not buy a new simple human can because you may shrink the bags again and those won't fit.

These are brilliant bin liners, tailored to fit. My only concern is that the quality of the plastic is so thick that it is not very eco-friendly. Would bio-degradable plastic just not do the job?

This last pack of 200 liners has several packets of bags that are too small to use. They are very hard to fit around the lip of the can, which renders them useless to me. thanks for asking

I've had a Simplehuman trash can for over 10 years now. I thought I was saving money by continuing to use the grocery store brand bags. I had to use three or more Hefty or Glad trash bags a week prior to buying the Simplehuman liners. I'm saving time and money by using the Simplehuman liners. Now I only use one liner a week because of the perfect fit. Also the liners are stronger than any other brands I've used and never have any leakage. I would strongly recommend this liner instead of using the standard grocery store brands.

I loved the samples that were provided when I purchased the Simple Human trash container (which is great!). Then I ordered 200 bags of the same J style. When they arrived they were very difficult to put on the can, unlike the samples that came with the cannister. I struggle with each change (have done about 6 now). It is as if the measurements were cut down 1/2 inch so that one has to fight to get that last corner attached (like a tight bottom bedsheet!). Not sure how to remedy this, but would like a rep to send me the exact width measurements of the J style to see if this one batch I purchased might have been cut slightly different. Best bin liners out strong and fit the bin nice and tight

In a pinch, I have tried regular garbage bags in my simple human trash can but they don't fit and are not as sturdy as simple human's bags. The 50 bag pack is economical and I am sure to have a J-size bag - that fits perfectly - when I need one. To top it off, simple human's service and delivery are the best.

I find the code J trash can liners (bags) to be of excellent value and quality.

Contacted simple human about a box of J liners that we purchased. These J bags were imperfect in the fit. We spent time taking pictures and emailing the company over this problem. We were even asked to return the bags- we did receive a shipping label for return but we had to box and ship the package back to simple human. The company did send out a replacement box of J liners. It would have been nice for follow up from the company about their findings and even a thank you for bringing it to their attention.

This sack fits perfectly and makes the garbage can look nice. No excess bag. Hanging over the edge! Love it so much that I purchased some for part of my daughter's birthday gift and she was thrilled.

If you have purchased a Simple Human container, then you should do yourself a favor and purchase the custom fit liners. I tried other liners and they either drop down inside the can or stick out under the lid. These fit perfectly, are thicker than others I've tried and still cost effective. And what a nice surprise it was to open the box of 400 and find that they come in convenient 20 count packages so you don't have to mess with a giant roll every time. I will buy these again!

If there is conceptually such a thing as a first class kitchen trash can, this is it! It's almost pretty, it's functional, the plastic bag liners are double reinforced and, don't leak oozy stuff when my wife imposes garbage duty on me. It is hard to believe that garbage duty has become in any way pleasant. but this can and liner bags have done it. Most highly recommended!

We tried using trash bags we used with our old trash can and found they weren't as nice as the sample of the custom fit can liners that came with the Simplehuman trash can we purchased. We ordered the custom fit can liners online and they were quickly delivered to our home. We splurge and purchased 200 of them but we won't have to buy any more for a long time.

we purchased a simple human can and bags some time ago to keep our dogs honest ! one of the best buys we have made in this sort of thing. the waste can is used in the kitchen and works very well ! i am now about to open the most recently purchased box of liner bags . these liners fit very well, they are strong enough for anything we put in them and they are not a pain to remove when they are full, unlike some others that seem to love where they were put and want to stay... we will continue to use these bags ! we do wish however that the place that sells the cans would also sell the liners...i have to buy them online . We like our Simplehuman trash can and like the fact we can buy in bulk liners that fit the can. They are sturdy and the liner is thick which means garbage does not easily poke holes in the bag. The nice fit has no hang over when the lid is close. Would highly recommend buying bulk liners.

Recently bought a new trash can for our kitchen. It came with several custom fit "J" liners from simplehumans.com. Loved the fact that they fit the trash can perfectly so there's no liner slippage resulting in garbage falling between the liner and the can. However, when I went to reorder replacement liners, I found them to be rather pricey. Can't find them in any of the stores nearby so if I want custom fit bags, I pretty much have to order via internet.

I always hated having bags that didn't quite reach the bottom of the can, or were too long and I wound up wasting space. These bags fit perfectly in the Simple Human trash can I bought, and do not spill over the lip of the can. They are strong and durable, and do a wonderful job of blocking garbage odor.

We have had our trash can for seven years...this is the second order of bags since. They are strong and it's awesome they fit perfectly! I received a Simple Human garbage can for Christmas 2012. I absolutely love the can, and would not put any other kind of liners in it. I use style J liners and will for the life of my can. I have had to use others when I ran out, and they are horrible. I purchased a 200 pack, and figure I am good for a long time before I have to buy more! Would highly recommend using these liners!

I bought the trash can at Lowe's and was disappointed they did not carry the bags. Other kitchen bags work in the trash can, but I wanted the ones designed specifically for it. I used the three bags that came with the trash can and loved them so I ordered the minimum from your website that fit my trash can. They arrived quickly, were competitively priced and I am extremely happy with their performance. I sometimes "stuff" them full of trash and the thick walls of the bag do not break or tear. Received the garbage can for Mother's Day. Love this garbage can. Never thought I would appreciate a garbage can but I do. Quality made and a perfect can. If anything ever was to happen to my Garbage Can I would buy another in a heart beat BUT this can is made so well I don't see anything happening to it. Garbage bags are so strong and never a mess.

The supposed odorsorb didn't really "sorb" much in my opinion, in comparison with their regular trash bags.

I love my trash can, it's awesome. But these bags are the worst. 1 out of 4 rip at a seam when removing it from the can. This is my second box of bags and it seems to be happening slightly less, but then again, I am extra extra careful. You don't know how gross it is to have trash spilling everywhere, and all because you had to buy these special expensive bags. I'm Going to give them another try but only because I love trash can. Just make a decent product and I will pay. It's that simple, simple human. If not, I'll make sure to warn all my friends about your product.

I bought my SimpleHuman trashcan to fit the space left by a trash compactor set into my kitchen island that went kaput! It fits space beautifully and looks like it was made for my kitchen. These bin bags fit the 40L sensor bin perfectly and are also strong. I have not found any off the shelf bags that are anywhere near as good. Overall an excellent product.

These bags are super heavy duty and never leak thru. dont buy any other brand of bags for as they will not fit your can correctly size wise.Buy the Simple Human Brand. Bags are kind of expensive, but worth the extra cost becuase of their strength and thickness. These stainless trash cans look sharp any where you put one and come in many sizes. Quality is superb in these cans. Buy the bags from the company website as if you buy the big 150 or larger pack they are much cheaper priced and 150 bags will last most people a very long time. I only use about two bags a week and I bought only a mid size trash can. That is at least 75 weeks worth of trash bags. Sometimes one bag will last a whole week, becuase we recycle all of our cans,plastic,glass jars, and newspapers and magazines. Great product . I like how the bags fit in the garbage can and how it looks. My husband put in a regular one and it kept falling and did not fit properly. I like how the bag does not show on the outside of the garbage can. Wish the price was a little lower, but I do like the quality (thickness) of the bag. I was using other trash liners after I used the initial supply that came with the can. I used other liners that I had on hand but they didn't fit nearly as well. Also, these liners are very sturdy and I don't have to worry about the bag breaking when I'm lifting out the trash. I wasn't able to find the liners in the small town I live in so I ordered a large supply from the website. They arrived quickly.

I bought the odorsorb can liners thinking they would cut down on any odors from the trash, which I think they did, but they are not near as strong as the regular liners I purchased the first time. Every liner I changed so far has ripped, no matter how careful I tried to be. I would not purchase the odorsorb can liners again.

I like the stainless steel and it looks great in my kitchen. Also the lid has a option the leave open or shut and it easy to open with your foot. The size is great. Just wish I could get the bags locally

The custom fit J can liners were the best. They fit the can perfectly with no hangover. The lid would close and no white would show. The liners were strong and would handle quite a load. With the pull straps on both sides of the liner you could pull the top of the liner tight and easily tie it off. I was very pleased. Now the liners have been changed to a single pull strap on just one side and it doesn't fully gather the liner at the top for an easy tie off. Still a good liner but a step down.

I never thought that I would order specialty trash bags - ever. I've been doing so ever since I purchased my Simple Human receptacle and won't ever buy generic liners again. They fit perfectly, have handy ties and are durable - not one tear.

It fits my can well...but I really think EVERY bag should have your Odorsorb technology, every bag you offer should already have it. I can't imagine anyone liking that initial shot to the nose when you open one of these cans- I appreciate that it keeps the odor inside the can...but you offer Odorsorb only on some bags and it appears an extra charge for it too- why not expand it to the entire lineup?

A trash bag is a trash bag, right? The Simplehuman bag is actually better than grocery store brands. It is slightly stronger plastic sheeting, and the drawstrings pull smoothly and are stronger than basic bags. They provide a perfect fit for the Simplehuman trash receptacles, of course. I just wish SH could bring down the price on these. Even in bulk they're more than I want to spend. But I'm still impressed at the thoughtful design put into something a simple as a trash bag.

Great fit for the simplehuman bin for which they are designed. You get longer out of them as a result as the bin needs emptying less frequently. They are strong too and the integral tie is very handy. Its a pity the free postage offer if you buy over a certain amount does not apply to Ireland however.
